sobrang saya ng seminar na 'to. makukulet ang mga nilalang. Well represented ang class namen:may taga imprenta, may nasa govt sector, may private, at may freelancers. Unlike sa previous kong corp.comm seminar, nagenjoy ako sa class na 'to dahil hindi kame mga "xperts."

sa sobrang at-ease ako sa mga katauhang ito at dahil sa mga parang plepleho naming hirit, inassume ko na magkakaage kame halos. kaya super gulat nga ako after knowing na late twenties na cla. Ako pala youngest sa batch. Sobra! Sobra na ata akong stressed or sobrang lang silang destressed kaya feeling ko magkakaedad kame.

KIRSTEN: We sit here.
JOSIE: Oh. Sorry--I didn't know these were assigned.
GIBBY: They're not.
Josie quickly gathers her things and moves one row forward, next to two empty seats. TWO STONERS shuffle over to Josie.
STONER 1: Sorry. We sit here.
JOSIE: (indicating two empty seats) Couldn't you two--sit there?
STONER 2: Right. Except there are three of us--
The Stoners eye each other, then the two seats. A look of horror comes over Stoner 1.

Josie picks up her stuff, moves to the last empty seat in the room-in the front row, surrounded by "Denominators" who all wear orange Denominator sweatshirts.
Sitting next to Josie is ALDYS, a Denominator--intense, wise, with a whole bunch of math medals on her sweatshirt. She smiles at Josie.
Josie smiles back and looks up as MR. COULSON enters the room. He's a ruggedly handsome twenty-something Yale grad.
He grabs a notebook out of his bag, goes around to sit on the front of his desk, sipping coffee from a Styrofoam cup.
SAM: Hi, everyone. (Spots Josie) I don t think we've met. I'm Sam Coulson- although for some reason the school has this thing about not letting you guys call me Sam.

it's monday and i'm too nognog not to be noticed in this white monday uniform.

We went to a beach resort somewhere in cavite together with my family. We travelled from las piñas around 4AM. We reached the place barely an hour.

The place was fine considering that the entrance fee was cheap. I enjoyed the day with my pamangkins nerve-wreck my spine...

we travelled back las piñas 9PM.

if there's something (someone for that matter) that I miss in family get-togethers just like that swimming day, it's my father...

Wow FRiday na!!! Masaya ako dahil normal ang kadamitan ko ngayong araw na ito... Nga pala bad tip! Php 4, 8++.++ ang phone bill ko last APRIL... PUTAKTE talaga!

Kaya pasensya na sa lahat ng aking kakaibiganang "GLOBE", dahil hindi ko na talaga kayo matetext or matatawagan! huhu... magpa-smart na kasi kayo...

I'm off for beach tommorow with my kapamilyas. Hindi ko pa alam kung saang kadagatan kami tutungo, pero tiyak na dagat, dahil yun ang trip ng aking mga pamangkin... Ang pagsu-swimming na ito ay dahil sa malapit na ang kapaskuhan...kapasukan pala. (nga pala, enrolment na din ng aking nakababatang kapatid na si jojo... isa siyang ADAMSONIAN. estudyante muli! yebah! teka, samantalang ako ay nasaraduhan nang walang kalaban laban dahil sa isang late na recommendation letter.. hump! sa October aagahan ko na talaga!)

about my wrong uniform yesterday

Thank God I'm always reporting to work 30 minutes earlier than my official time, or else I'm gonna be a hot item again of the "feeling-beautiful-yet-intellectually-challenged" call center girlies here at 7th floor (actually they just lured at my butt a while ago when I went to take a short breakfast at the canteen..). Here another misadventure: I wore the wrong set of uniform yesterday. I was wrong. And because I can't do anything to have it changed, I just nailed myself down on my desk. Literally, nailed!!!

im thinking of joining manda for a hike/volunteer work in Mt. Ugu, NV... but I have alotted by next salary for my brother's tuition this sem... but because it's of good cause, i might shell out some to go for it...

Because of my self-declared "breathing time", i got to browse my long-time unseen friendster account. And there I saw my super missed friend... Jayme... I miss her. I miss her more after reading this: waaah! I hate being a professional! I am not yet old... I shouldn't be wearing this "wow ang angas../mukhang matanda" uniform! Grrh! Bata pa ko! I miss my friends now...waah jayme! blah... there.

my friend A and i finally got to spend some bonding time. it's been weeks (or months?) since we last had a long talk. i've forgotten how sessions like these do me a lot of good. somehow i feel relaxed and refreshed.we got to talking about our old Varsi days, memories of our not so recent past. it's always fun to reminisce those good ol' times when we were "young and carefree."Varsi was a world on its own. i owe much of my wonderful as well as painful experiences to that little world. and that is also where i met most of the people who made a big difference in my life. it has made a part of who i am and i could never imagine life without having gone through the varsi experience.i remember how the office served as our second home, literally. we would have pillows, blankets, toiletries and mugs in the office for the regular overnight pressworks. we would walk around the office in bedroom slippers wearing pajamas or pambahay. at midnight, we would troop to the only open restroom at the other side of the main building, eyes looking straight and wary of the ghosts that were said to be lurking around.each of us took turns making the playlist of the night courtesy of mp3s then downloaded from napster. the songs blaring from the computer speakers was our way of keeping awake and inspired especially during those nights "when the words just won't come." but sometimes, those songs carried hidden meanings, as if the lyrics were made to convey "the words we cannot say."a lot of unrequited love was born in that office. some of it have faded, some have stayed and some still in need of closure.one of my most favorite places in the office was the dark room. it was the keeper of so many secrets. we often said that if only that room could talk, it could reveal so much emotion and pain than we ever could imagine.the dark room was my refuge when i wanted to be alone in silence. sometimes, i shared the space with a friend when i badly needed someone to help me understand why love can hurt so much. it was where i cried in times of defeat, frustration and heartbreak. i always left that place feeling a little bit better as if it absorbed some of the pain i was feeling, even if it didn't take all the hurt away.despite all that, i still miss those times. it was one of the best experiences of my life and i won't trade it for anything. sometimes i wish i could go back.though i feel there are things which still need closure and some memories still haunt me, i have moved on. and life goes on.time to make more memories... "

hay... thank God my boss is mabait... Actually, she's the best!!! Maybe being a psychometrician is a good thing for everybody because she's really great!!!

She allowed be to change my day off actually swap the OT ihad last APril 2. Actually, it was only lately that I new that I can't file an OT anymore because of the "supervisory/TS level that I have" ((((FYI: I cant understand this)))).

Last friday, I "sincerely apologized" to the big bosses of the corporation because of an “inappropriate” email I sent to the collective address of the company. But as I stated in my apology letter "I did it to mean no harm and not to step on any rule".

FYI, I needed an access to my email account last Friday for an article for the company's newsletter. But all my messages bounced back. Nevertheless, I still tried sending my emails. But still it remained bouncing back. Thinking that it was just the email account of the contributor that wasn’t functioning, I tried sending forwarded emails to my friends, and my mistake, to the “Head Office Staff” domain.

To my surprise, afternoon on that Friday, somebody from the Head Office called my attention saying that I've stepped on the EMAIL DECORUM of the corp. I was really scared upon knowing it and at the same time so angry that why was it sent among the many emails i've forwarded.

HIYANG_HIYA TALAGA AKO!!

Honestly, I didn’t do it to offend anybody. I just get in the company last January and I still have to know the “I.T. Policy on Email Decorum.” And now that I’ve read about it, they can be assured that I'll be loyal to it.

A lesson learned.

Just got back from Morong Bataan. Chowking had its company outing there. It was fun. Although the sand wasn't really pleasant, the beach was really amusing...

I enjoyed the day with Len and Joy (encoders with the same age as mine). WE explored the place and tried to stay away from the activity perimeter to be out of the games.

The food was absolutely not good. It was too bland. Grrh! I hate the overcooked chopsuey!

But going there was not a waste of time after all. I'm glad I decided to come.

sometimes i want to be out there and pursue another dream. but i know i've been doing this work because i thought of something good about it the moment i decided to grab it...

people around will say it's quite amazing i've been in my position considering my age. Men with the same position as I do range from ages 30-40. So, sino ako para magngitngit... Everything about the work is fine except for some instances that i have to "act" and worse, DRESS like them... to be apt with my position... Gusto ko man suotin ang cherryheart earrings na "bigay" ni jarbix nung pautakan hindi ko magawa dahil pagtitinginan ako.... wahhhh.... buti na lang ka-age ko ang mga encoder naming sila len at joy. ;)

kaya nga gusto ko nang mag-aral ulet para may rason kung bakit ganito at ganyan ang damit at kilos ko.

i have to rush this 5th issue of the corp's monthly newsletter... (Thank God I pulled through...) This isn't bad. I'm getting paid for something I do effortlessly (LISHAK!!! ANGAS!!!)... I have to remind myself not change my dayoff this friday (accdg kasi sa HR i can't file an OT anymore because my status is already on a supervisorial chuva position... bagay na hindi ko alam kasi nung tinannggap ako sabi nung HR Officer, on prob daw ako... kaya bawat pasok ko ng SABADO pinaile ko ng OT sa accounting... tapos come payday tataka ako bakit parang anlake kalatas sweldo ko... tapos pagkuha nung nung paylips ko (TakeNOte: paySLIPS, kasi isang kuhaan ko lang kinuha yung mga payslips ko kasi akalaq ko wala ng poblema sa mga taong accounting) hindi nakalagay dun. kaya nagtanong na ako... At yun nah!) Hingal galore..........................

Ngayon kelangan kong magoff ng friday para maasikaso ko ang aking MA application sa UP Diliman chuva (dahil hindi ginrant ng HR Director ang request kong magpart-time turo sa Ateneo (kasi nga di ba pag ginrab ko ang teaching karera sa ADMU 50% off sa tuition ng MA, ala ako balak ubusin sweldo ko sa marangyang edukasyon ng mga Heswita noh! gaano ko man sila kamahal! :) ) Kaya next option ang Unibersidad ng mga Burgis! hehe tama ba??? Eh deadline of appilcation na sa huling linggo ng Abril... Anong Abril na ba ngayon--- Abril 18... (WOW swueldo ko na bukas!--yebahh! wall climbing na namin nila xtian at jeysun jod) ... Gusto ko mag-aral at maging estudyante muli at maging kabataan muli bago pa ako kainin..errr// lamunin ng mga taong bubuyod, ni xtian bautista, ng mga chef, at ng mga Hapon at chineso (hanapin ang kahulugan sa pagitan ng mga titik...blurrrb). Nais ko pa ding mag-abogado... pa rin... ngunit ang pagiging arkitekto ay ipagpapatuloy ko kung ang dean na ang archi ay aking compañero para madali na...(demonyita talaga ako,,,alam ko!)

Now that my stress veins are about to explode because of over fatigue, i wish I could be in japan right now and meet doraemon and go to TVasia and get a copy of judie abbott (the animated series...the one that was shown by ABS)...

I want to own a lifesize (hehehe lifesize huh!!!) DORAEMON toy and watch judie abbott at home during near-death inklings.

I really miss my friends. Especially now. But things have to happen, I know.
I don't know what to write, really. So, i"ll go back to work for now and have my thoughts collected.
